Departing at 8am for our morning tour, 1pm for our afternoon tour, and 6pm for our sunset tour. Each tour provides a comfortable 4-hour round trip from departure to drop-off, allowing ample time for exploration.
During your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to spend 30 minutes at Lake Louise and 30 minutes at Moraine Lake to explore. Relax and enjoy the scenic ride aboard our shuttle while our expert drivers handle the logistics.

Please note parking at Mountaineer Lodge & Paradise Bungalows is reserved for their guests only. Clients are not permitted to park anywhere in the community of Lake Louise unless they are a hotel guest or they have an alternative method of getting to Lake Louise Village (i.e. public transportation through ROAM transit).

How long does the Moraine Lake shuttle take?
Our Banff Moraine Lake Shuttle tour takes 4 hours from pick up to drop off.
Our Lake Louise Moraine Lake Shuttle takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Moraine Lake from the village, traffic dependant.
Can I book the morning shuttle and return on the afternoon or evening shuttle ?
No, the shuttle you book is the one you must return on.
Are your prices for the Moraine Lake shuttle one way or round trip?

Where can I park to join your shuttle ?
If you’re staying in Banff or visiting for the day, you can park at the Banff Train Station parking lot.
If you’re staying or visiting Lake Louise for the day, parking at Mountaineer Lodge & Paradise Bungalows is reserved for their guests only. Clients are not permitted to park anywhere in the community of Lake Louise unless they are a hotel guest or they have an alternative method of getting to Lake Louise Village (i.e. public transportation through ROAM transit).
What is your Cancellation Policy?
- All cancellations must be requested via email sent to [email protected]
- Mountain Park Transportation reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled or charter service due to insufficient bookings, unfavorable driving conditions or other reasons without penalty to Mountain Park Transportation. Guests will be notified as soon as possible, please check email for any last minute logistics.
- In the unlikely event, Mountain Park Transportation has to cancel a service; you will receive a full refund of payment.
- Guest cancellations made before 48 hours of service date, will receive a full refund.
- Guest cancellations made within 48 hours of service date, full payment is nonrefundable. The booking can be rescheduled to a later service if availability exists. Please contact the office as soon as possible if this situation arises. Booking can be transferred for a $30.00 charge

If you miss the Moraine Lake shuttle we cannot reschedule or refund your booking.
Are service animals allowed on the shuttle?
Yes, the owner must carry certified paperwork and or shot verification documentation.
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
Yes, as long as they are in a pet carrier bag and can sit on your lap or between your legs.
Do I need to purchase a National Park Pass
Yes, everyone visiting Banff National Park is required to purchase a park pass for the duration of their stay. You can book them online here.
